I received a call at work from this number. One calling me at work bugs me. I have no idea who they are or what they want. Im highly irritated that they called me at my job.

I received a message stating that they have a summons that they are going to issue to my home address or work on a bad check.  When I call the number, it says it is a company called "Capital".  Since I have no bad checks, it's obvious that this is some collection agency trying to collect on an very old debt using scare tactics.  I'll just wait until the summons appears (like that is going to happen) and then sue.

This person left messages on my parents home phone.  I called them back and it was also "Capital".  They said i had a debt from a company i had never heard of from years back.  They said it was from my email which doesnt exist and they said they issued summons to two addresses that I have never lived at or know anyone who lives there.  When I started asking questions and wanted him to give me info to be more clear, he got really nasty with me and got off the phone.  He wanted me to pay my debt over the phone.  This is a scam.  Beware
