Grant Collector I believe it was. Called back 6 times in the last 72 hours asking for my sister, claiming she had asked about information for federal aid. Very unclear, had poor English and incomplete sentence structure. Claimed that the money would be given free for whatever she would like to do with it (yea, right) and she only had to pay a marginal $2.92 shipping and handling charge. After a quick google search, I found it was a scam. They called back at 8:00 A.M. this morning and I started screaming at the lady. She quickly broke and handed me up the manager, who claimed that they were completely legitimate and were simply attempting to help people out during the recession.
