Called and said they had documentation to deliver to my brother about his house.  I have been estranged from my brother for over 15 years.  Don't know how they even connected my brothers name with mine, different last names for 30 years.  When I did a reverse number lookup, no information came up other then the number is based in the northeast.

Caller said he was Anthony stone and he had a complaint for a person whose name I know.  Anthony claimed my name was left as the person to contact.

Said documents to deliver to me re: a past due bill. Gave. Company name of Western assets

I got the same call today I wonder if I should contact the police

They called and said they wanted me to sign some documents. The man name was Charles Lewis.

Tell "Charles Lewis" to MAIL you the documents. NO E-mails. NO Faxes. Tell him to be sure that the documents come on his companies letterhead & include a valid physical return address. "Charles" will begin to go in to a tirade of excuses & a list of reasons as to why an E-mail is sufficient. At that point you hang up on the scamming rodent!
"Charles" won't put anything in the mail because that may be construed as Mail Fraud. Scammers are deathly afraid of federal charges that might entail doing time in a federal facility.

Received a call that showed up as Restricted on my caller id. let it go to voicemail and a message was left from a Robert stating that a document was going to be delivered to my home address tomorrow between the hours of 8am-4pm and I need to contact the courier service to make arrangements at 888-228-4380. He also referenced an alternate address listed for me which was for a previous employer from a few years ago. Most likely scare tactics
