Got an email from someone random saying someone tried to change my pin and to call this number if it wasn’t right.

same here.  I received the same email today 3/14/18.  When I clicked on the sender and it is from "paperlesspay@equifax.com"??

Posing to be equifax these is posers don’t trust fake

Same, but a letter in my mailbox.

Got six emails today wanting me to call this number. I was immediately suspicious. Thank you all for posting. It’s tax season and this is an obvious scam.

I received the same email... talking about call the number if I didn't request a PIN change.  smh I immediately googled that # since the email seemed "phishy".

Came in the US mail same comments as above to wife, use this one time password, problems call 1-888-228-7783 if you suspect fraud this is equifax fraud department

It is a scam do not fall for it. On god they took my money out of my checking account. Im young so my dumb [***] fell for it. Bruhhhh im mad as hell.

Its a scam I believe, especially since they didn't say which pin? I have a lot of different pin numbers lol
