The company is called Direct marketing media the owner is Jeffrey Lakes in chandler Arizona. They run radio ads and get people to call in and sell weight loss supplements their products include Xtreme Green Coffee Bean Extract, Xtreame HCA Garcinia Cambogia, Male Vitality Plus, HCG 5000, Super Colon Cleanse 1800, and Raspberry Ketone Slim, he is also responsible for the natorious Derma Pure, he had so many consumer complaints that he stopped selling it but then he decided it would be a good idea to just rebrand the product and call it L'Mage and just kept selling this to people. This is a horrible business and they treat people like garbage. When you buy product from this company they keep charging you every month and when you try and cancel the customer service # goes to voicemail....again the owner is Jeffrey Lakes and his cell # is [removed]

They call and say whatever you want to hear to get your credit card information and then they won't stop charging it until you call. They won't transfer you for let you talk to anyone else, or refund your money.

We are a 3rd party call center and sell multiple items for multiple clients.    Obviously this was posted by a former employee who was terminated for failing their random drug test.   This employee was as caught stealing funds from the company so be careful what you read and believe on this or any blog.

All calls are recorded and each sale is reviewed by our QA department.  Colt if you agreed to the terms of the sale then we have that recorded.  If you requested a refund and were within the period of 30 days for a full refund you should have recieved it.  If you didnt call my customer service back and ask for the manager.   He will pull all calls and recorded documentation on your situation and try to help you.   If you ordered and then tried to scam us like so many do then we will not refund you.    We refund thousands of dollars everyday.   DMM is 3rd party call center who represents multiple clients.

After just having called to make a return I am absolutely disgusted with "Susan" who refused to allow me to speak to a manager and said "You should have known what you were getting into you ordered it"

Exactly correct - horrible customer service - there is nothing in my emails and or packing list that says 30 return policy.

I find it amusing that the owner of a company, justifies the opinion of another person by throwing him under the bus, and stating that the person is on drugs. That speaks volumes!!!!

Your company is a scam and a complete fraudulent conniving company. The call swears it's a 90 day challenge for just 4.95 s&h charge. Pay us $5 per pound lost. I asked how is it free if you are only giving me a 30 day supply.
Oh we send you three bottles and you are charged at 99.95 after 30 day free trial. Unless you cancel."

This was on 2/16/15. Charged my account 4.95 on 2/17/15 received my package today 2/23/15. And fricken hell if there isn't a $99.95 charge on my card today! Causing my account to go overdraft!!! Even if I agreed it's only been 7 damn days!!! Haven't gitten to try the product AND it is set up for a reoccurring payment!! I NEVER agreed to that! It was $99 for the two bottles not a reaccuring payment!! THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! And CROOKED!! I will also be reporting to the BBB. Your customer service better be open tomorrow morning! Either way my bank is already stopping further payments AND WILL be checking into your crooked company. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! JUST HANG UP!!!" And they won't stop calling until you answer or block them. BUYER BEWARE!!

The post Jeff lakes made about firing an employee for a drug test is totally false he had an announcement to all the employees and fingered 1 employee to stop selling weed to his employees and coming to work High...It says a drug free zone thru ought the call center but a majority of their workers get High and do sales for weed in the parking lot. These people get your credit card numbers...A lot of customers complain of heart issues after taking their supplement Jeff Lakes is very aggressive and arrogant and cocky with his words to his employees and puts them on the spot in front of others and they also send good leads to the sales rep who don't miss work at all but if u do miss work u will be struggling Jeff told an employee he will figure out how to pay the people who really deserve it quote on quote.. His Craigslist ads for employment list as health and beauty u only get 10$ an hour your first 30 days then it's commission only and u will never get your sign in bonus if they send u home early for not having enough sales for the day...

Lizard u r absolutely right about this company..Try calling in to work for a true or false reason your response is Jeff Lakes won't take this lightly! This is a very in professional company.  Joe and who ever else are liars. They hang up on people. I am calling the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs.  These types of people and companies have to be stopped.  You Joe and all the othersame who work at that company will get what is coming to you. You lie and steal.

I called to ask why I got charged 80 dollars said o didn't want  it they reduced price and said the product  shipped. So they couldn't  refund anymore money then 30$. I want return  it all get my 50 bucks back damnit

Now Jeffery Lakes, let's be completely honest. Direct Marketing Media in Chandler AZ sells mostly YOUR products. Don't try to say your a "3rd party" call center. You have your products white labeled under a different company name. I know this because I worked there. Jeffery Lakes in Chandler pays $2-4 for each Xtreme Green Coffee Bean Extract, Xtreame HCA Garcinia Cambogia, Male Vitality Plus, HCG 5000, Super Colon Cleanse 1800, and Raspberry Ketone Slim, or L'mage(aka Derma Pure) product and marks it up 2000% for $80-90. He hooks users in with a "free trial" and they get automatically signed up for a monthly subscription, because the don't read the fine print (who does?). Most cancel before or after the first charge, but some continue, usually because they don't check their bank statements. By the 3rd shipment their customer retention is gone. They depend on the next sucker to keep them in business. My personal opinion is that it's a scammy way to make money. Provides absolutely NO VALUE. Most of Jeffery's products can be found elsewhere for cheaper. When the bad reviews start popping up, he changes the name of is company and products (His company used to be Arizona Nutraceutical) Funny thing is the guy is super Christian but apparently doesn't read the bible. This business lack integrity (Proverbs 16:8 & Proverbs 19:1). When you have 99% of your customers cancel after the 3rd order, there's something wrong.

Absolutely correct, in 2 years the same product has had 3 different names and I don't know how many company names, the latest is cal slim. Never any refunds, products never work, Jeffrey Lakes humiliate and degrades his employees but wants to give lectures on integrity. Since there are current investigations in Wyoming and Arizona's with the attorney general  he won't be in business much longer.

haha sheeesh... i worked here for a week and got a real scammy vibe, googled the "5x trim", it had terrible CS reviews... next day at work the company name changed the gm got cussed out in front of us AND i got a couple incoming calls (i was in the outbound department) and the manager told me to hang up when they listened in because the customer was asking for a refund... so pretty much the reviews came true... needless to say i quit the next day... they still owe me a check (paid training and 11 sales) i called twice and pulled up once, no response.. so i chalked it up as a loss (its messed up because i did my end... did the work and made sales or should i say stole ppls money, which ate at my damn soul,,, and i have kids to feed but whatever)... you can "party" there... just don't "come in on monday hungover and low"... thats exactly what i was told in my interview.. smh i should have known... ps its a weight loss company or whatever and a lot of overweight ppl are in charge hahaha ... i wish no ill will on anyone only love but DMM is pretty f*cked up.. Jeff has a nice silver maserati tho haha... f*ck em... still love em (love all ppl) but f*ck em.
