These guys are a bunch of low life scum who buy cheap listings of old debt then try to harass the customer by calling them repeatedly as well as finding family members and calling them saying that they have 2 hours before they are served by a sheriff.

Again SCUM bag low lives who likely haven't finished high school and are looking to scam people.  

As others here have said, tell them to serve the papers and call their bluff -- thats all they have.

Amazing the lengths these type of [***] go in scamming people.  What happened to good old hard working jobs making an honest dime....

If anyone had actually received anything from these curs, they would have promptly posted this "firms" information right here on this thread. As we have not seen anything, it's a sure bet that the thought of any legal proceeding would give the employees of this outfit spasms of the sphincter. When that happens, it gets messy in the boiler-room.

They called me 6 months ago about my debt from 8 years ago, they called saying a sherriff would come to my house if I didn't call their number to pay, the address on their website points to a strip mall in California. , and I had to close my bank account, I got laid off and they started calling me leaving 20 voicemails on my phone a day telling me I needed to call back immediately to resolved what they call my case. They tried to charged over 125% of the original debt. Their business alliance score is F, they are not part of the BBB, and they do not send you a debt notification letter. One guy said they were on the 8th floor, I don't think there is eight floors at a strip mall. This is a scam, I wonder if companies monitor people who buy their debts? this is crazy, go ahead and look up their address on google maps, right beside the radio shack. Many different people call, so there is a lot of people involved with this scheme. I've never found out exactly where they are or what, but I told them to quit calling, because I contacted the Attorney general office, and I haven't heard from them again.

I got a call from these losers claiming court and papers and a debt from Kay jewelers from 10 years ago .. Statute of limitations is 6 years in NH where I'm from but at the time I didn't know ... They told me I owed 2300 for a 1200 dollar debt .. I laughed .. I tried to settle for what I owed and that was unacceptable to them they said they would do 2000 .. I was stupid and gave them a payment and my info .. 127.40 was drawn from my account each month for 9 months ... Each month I got a receipt and the debt went down ... Yet I never received an email or the actual papers or original debt paperwork .. Like they promised ... Just the reciept... I got down to 199.26 at one point which shouldn't happen with how my payments were broken up but I didn't catch it at the time... Another payment came out and I got no reciept saying 70 dollars but amazingly enough it went back up to 864.65....!!!!!!... Did my homework at this point pa and paid for my credit report that they were supposed to clear if I paid them and Kay jewelers wasn't even on there.. So I became extremely pissed off... My girl informed me this same thing happened to her with this same company collecting for Kay's 400 ddollars for a 40 dollar ring she had paid off!!!! So I grabbed my receipts and called JE and flipped out about this issue and the receipts going way back up .. The guy told me their " computers didn't update properly" and I still owe 1157.27... I laughed while telling him I want a print out of the agreement and the debt via mail and email which I have not received and its been 2 months ... I cancelled that bank account and they have since tried to take payment ... Realizing they can't get the money they started calling me agin hahaha I certainly won't answer ... And now another random number that goes to another agency is calling me !!!! I have filed this with the state and federal fair debt collection agencies ... ..... My next course of action will be to sue for my 1200 back lol .... Wish I would've never answered or done my homework first... Chalk this up to experience ..... A miserable one
