The customer service reps are rude and not helpful.  I purchase something through Florida Beach Destinations and I cannot afford the fee. I called and I explained to the customer service reps and I told them I would pay monthly and I still get the automated calls.  The calls need to stop and they should send more statements out showing payment. They are also double billing me and my husband under tow different accounts.  I do not trust them.

Don't know what their problem is with me, nothing to collect. But, I would think the best way to deal with them would be to make life hard for those who they train to be nasty. It's hard for anyone to work well with their job on the line, so maybe it would be a good idea to post a collection job opening for a collection agent and give their phone number.

I first get a phone call on my caller ID with all 000-000-0000 leaves a prerecorded message saying she is fay Johnson and she needs to know where to serve me papers at workor at home. I called that # and told them I settled my debt with a pay day loan and they said the company was never paid and I have to pay again. I told them I had papers to prove it and I wanted to fax the paper work to show this has been paid but they said they would not accept it and I had to pay again I let on that I had a lawyer because that it what the company said to do where I settled the debt with they leave message on my home phone my cell phone and my husbands cell phone that  he know nothing about. What can I do to stop them calling

Send them a cease communication letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested. Be sure and keep a copy for yourself.

They won't give me there address and I ask them for there web site and they told me they don't have one

They are CRIMINALS and civility is wasted on them. Use a whistle, air horn or screaming smoke alarm to blow their ears off but since you are a nice person who wouldn't harm a fly as I can tell from your posts, play them a tune on your phone keypad while they are talking at you. You have to remember they are CRIMINALS trying to steal from you. You do NOT have to be nice to them.

Did that work out, I just did the same thing.

800notes is not affiliated with your callers, we are not calling you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also. We can't stop anyone from calling you either or remove from a list.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

A call blocker might be of some help.  Also check with the number on the debit card see if you can find out if there are in fact any unauthorized uses.  This could be some sort of a scam to get further information.

These people  at universal account  servicing, are shady crooks. Don't  give in to demands of " payments ", for something,you didn't sign up for. They're  not  bbb accredited.
Companies  such  as; missouri singles dating, great expectations & other assorted ," businesses " that deal  with  them are frauds!!

Accreditation at the BBB simply means that they paid money for good rateing.

If it's a collection agency everybody needs a file a complaint with the cfpb. Consumer financial protection bureau. They will go after this company that is rogue and gives every other company a bad name for collections

I doubt that "Gilly" who clearly posted here in 2007 is coming back after 14 years nor would he/she even be able to make a complaint after all of this time.  I also wasn't aware that there were any debt collection companies with a good name/reputation.
