I am getting calls from 905-855-7515 asking me to call 888-238-0878 regarding an urgent matter.

for the second day calls from 905-855-7515 saying 'call immmediately pending investigation to 1-888-238-0878. Called Bell Canada and rep suggested Don't call that number but wasn't able to identify who the caller might be.  Sounds highly suspicious to me...

Brand new Rogers cell phone. I have not given out my new number. Getting incessant calls from 905-855-7515 from day 1. They want me to call 888-238-0878 on an 'urgent financial matter'. No intentions of following up with them.

they called today like 4 times right after another...i havent answered the phone but called it back, its automated, stay on line for english....but i havent waited long enough to talk to someone. they claim that they are contact resources....whatever that mean when u google that name nothing but complaint about the number comes up

The number 1 888 238 0878 is a creditor, they have good reason to be calling those who owe money:)

This number's calling me every 10 minutes and plays the same classical music over and over again. My mailbox is full now! What do I do?

I just called them back an dthey wouldn't say anything to me as they were trying to talk my ex-boyfriend. The girl answered and said it's business related, but confidential information. I promised to have him call back...Yeah, good luck with that!

It's a collections agency. They called me within one day of activating my phone.

Ron, that is a stupid answer. Yes..IF the person they are calling owes money...the fact is my friend, over 50% of the calls they make are wrong numbers, so they are harassing people who don't owe money.

you must be a collector to give an answer like that.

Its a long didtence call to me here.. but when i answer i get an un-identifyable kind of music with a french lady speaking very fast over top.. then a stay on the line for english.. but its a 1-800- number and not 888

They call constandly and i have given up trying to talk tyo the individuals and have decided that until they can ID themselves they do not deserve an answer

I don't know the name of this company but it is a collection agency.  My complaint is that they are calling the wrong number.  I've had this phone number for over 7 years and the person they are looking for has NEVER lived with me.  We have the same last name and apparently used to live on the same street (but different home addresses) so somehow they assume that this person lives with my husband and I.  There's nothing like being harrassed by a collection agency when they have the wrong frickin number.  There should be a law against this!!!

888 or 800 or many more area codes you get calls from that you don't know. why do you even answer??? if you don't know who it is or they leave no message,why get your balls in a uproar???if you call back THEY WILL BOTHER U EVEN MORE. tell you what, give this number a call 888-274-9951. i get this alot,it's my mom calling from india. she was attacked by an african L E FUNT, po leese sent me moo knee. like i said, don't waste your time with these ######'s.

I have been receiving calls from this number for months, some times they say are from rogers, collection agency, to call back for very important bussiness matter...., My telphone line has some features that include to block unwanted numbers but i have not been able to block this number, I contacted my tel. company provider and they told me that it is a scam from the USA.and toldme not to give any personal information to 1-8hundred numbers.

This is a collection agency Rogers Canada uses.  They are completely unprofessional.

They are in fact a collection agency and do collections for Rogers. They are called Contact Resource Services Inc. PO Box 470092225 Erin Mills Parkway Mississauga, Ontario L5K 2P0 Their fax number is 905-855-8950 they are referred to as A National Collection Agency. The manager's name is Frank Drosi. They are very very rude and when they leave messages they are far to detailed considering the fact the answering machines they leave the messages on my not only be listened to by the debtor, but anybody could be listening to them.

They have been calling me and harassing me, even though this is a new number and they are looking for a person with a totally different name. They have been attacking me and calling me a lier because I keep telling them that there is no person with that name at my number! Totally rude and agressive!

CONTACT RESOURCES SERVICES is a collection agency and they have NO professional skills at all! most of they"re collectors are unlicenced! they collect for Rogers, Canadian Tire Mastercard, CIBC, Toronto Star, Toronto Sun, Union Gas, and they purchase debts as well from numerous financial institutions! if they are calling you in Error and REFUSE to remove the Number they asre breaking the MINISTRY GUIDLINES FROM THE COLLECTION AGENCIES ACT! You can stop this by filing a complaint with Ministry Of Consumer Affairs, And Also by calling their Managment DAVE FINN! if you call and ask for his extention THE REPS MUST TRANSFER THE CALL.

If You OWE A BILL then you asked for the calls, you should be taking care of your debts! JUST make a Monthly Payment Plan!
THEY WILL NOT SUE  YOU AND WILL THREATEN THIS ON EVERY CALL!! THIS IS ALSO ILLEGAL UNDER THE ACT! THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL BE SUED IS IF YOU OWE ALOT OF MONEY (over 10 grand!) you own a home AND are making Subsantial MONEY! or have AVAILABLE ASSEST OR SAVINGS!

IF YOU OWE MONEY FOR LOAN OR CREDIT CARDS, MAKE SURE YOU STOP PUTTING MONEY INTO YOUR ACCT THEY CAN AND WILL AKE EVERY PENNY IN IT!

all i can say to this company is they are CRAP!! but they are a legal licenced company, and are hired for collections.

THE REASON YOU CAN NOT BLOCK THIS COMPANY FROM CALLING IS CAUSE THEY HAVE LIKE 20 different numbers to call from and most call bock features only block up to 10 number at a time,.
