    I saw a transcript by robo caller of this message.  Appears to be authentic up to the last line.  Giving the web site for OptumRX.  I know what that address is and it wasn't correct.  Probably just a scammer.

    I received same message it is from opt rx and is legit about law concerning prescriptions that are controlled Substance.  Just letting people know they cannot send in scripts anymore. Your doctor has to have authorization and submit it for you.  Starts in January 2020
