They want to scam money out of you based on phony or highly questionable debts they say you owe.  Ignore and block the call.

There are remedies.  But the question is, where are they?

They appear to be located in the US, but in fact may have their actual call center in the Caribbean.   Can't really tell.

I have received about 8 calls over the course of 3 days from Beth from Global Services, don't know this person, they don't say who they are looking for.  So its pretty obvious that it is a scam of some sort, most collection agencies or bill collectors will say who they are looking for.

Beth of Global Services calls repeatedly and leaves a message on my answering machine saying I should call her back about a personal matter. This has been going on for over two weeks.

Beth from Global Services is not only calling me but my family!  I've asked them to stop several times!

I blocked the number, but they keep leaving voicemails.  That's more annoying than actually talking to them.

Calls from 609-297-8792 today (6/13/2017) at 3:11 and at 2:07 on answering machine. Twice yesterday (6/12/17) (Monday) at 2:16 & 1:19 and Friday (06/09/17) at 4:13 & 3/14 and Thursday 6/08/2017 @ 4:46 & 5:48.  All say Princeton, NJ....taped message from Beth similar to above.

The stupid beth has called me several times and now is calling my family.  Idk how they obtained my family information but I just made 18 and have no debt. I know this is spam.

the #512-379-0198 has called 7 times in the last week, never answered, this time they left a voicemail: "hello, this is beth from global services, please call me back at 888-240-0182 regarding a personal matter. thank you!" she sounded friendly and the area code was familiar, luckily my instincts told me to let it go to voicemail...not calling either number back.

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.

They are spoofing the call number using a 515 area code belonging to a tech consulting firm in West Des Moines IA named Global Services. They are not connected in any way to the scammers. Global Services in West Des Moines is a company of IT experts not a collection agency.

I began gettting similar robo-calls from 2 different numbers about a month ago- sometimes 2-4 calls/day.  This particular number didn't say who they were calling for, only that it was from "Global Service"s regarding a "personal matter." Called from a phone # in my area code, but said to call back at 888-240-0182. Looked it up--SCAM!!  Do not call back. The other number uses a recorded name and a woman who identifies herself as "Beth" as mentioned in other posts.

I have been getting this message from Beth with Global Services...call her back regarding a personal matter.  It comes through as a local number but the callback number is the 888-240-0182 one.  Scam!!
