A Mr. Brooks left a voicemail on boyfriends phone identifying themselves as Russell, Reynolds and Ingram, wanting to talk to boyfriends daughter. We relayed message, she called them and they were very rude and threatening. Mr. Brooks called again today and was very rude and insulting to my boyfriend. I called them to tell them to not call us again, that it had nothing to do with us and they identified their company as Professional Services. This number goes to the same office as the Russell, Reynolds, and Ingram that I found online. I'm about to the point where a harrassment lawsuit sounds like a good idea.

i to recieved a call from mr brooks with the same content the messege was for my uncle who does not even live at my house and when i said i had no number to reach him the man became threatening first to my daughter who answered the phone then to me . if your not the debtor then they should not be able to call you

we are trying to get a attorney to take this case because of mr brooks ,the debt like yours is not ours and he wont stop calling has he stopped calling you ? if not i will let you know how this works out unfortunately we are in a different state then the caller so the ftc has not really been much help how long did he call you before the calls stoped or have they ? but we are gonna sue him

Received two calls from Mr. Brooks stating that he was given my number to reach my husband's ex brother in law.  Then Mr. Armstrong called too.  No idea how they linked us.

Have you had any luck with this? My phone records show he called again on the 21st of July, I know he's called more recently than that, but it had to have been from an unavailable or different toll free number that I didn't catch. The last time he called he had the nerve to lie to my boyfriend and say that he's never called before.

He seems to love threatening people, his MO.

Just received a nasty call from Mr. martinex/Mr. Brooks for the 5th time. I am going to forward this numberto the Consumer Protection Agency...looking for my son. I did not sign or take any agreement witht these unscrupulous peole..then a law suite will follow, maybe class action.

2 days ago my wife got a strange call from someone looking for a person she did not even know and who caller claimed lived at this address.  Today, 10/29 I got a call that woke me up so I wasn't fully alert when I took the call.  Got enough information to call back later to 1-888-240-2019 asked for the company name.  The lady answering said it was Professional Services and said just a minute.  Then a Mr. Paul Stone came on and claimed to be from legal department. and after I explained I had no idea who they were looking for an alleged $1100+/- bill from Sylvan Learning Center.  Asked Mr. Stone to remove our phone number from the case number since no one in my family has had a thing to do with Sylvan Learning.  1 minute later some bad guy called back and said "Hey John pay your bill you piece of crap".  
Since my name is Tom X..... and not John Dewary as they claimed, and since we have had the phone number for over 33 years, it is obviously a some kind of a scam.  I am waiting to hear once more from them and then will contact the authorities in here Wisconsin.

I was disconnected. I called back and got Mr. Stone and told him he had an incorrect phone number that I didnt have contact with the person they were calling about. I asked them not to call again, and they said they would keep calling me weather I liked it or not... I will be reporting to our states Attorney General. Maybe we all should be calling them 6 times a day and bugging them.. give em a taste of their own medicine.

A John Perez has called my parents house 5 times now looking for my father-in-law.  My husband and brother-in-law have called them now and asked that they not call their number because they do not have anything to do with him.  Mr. Perez (if that is even his real name) said they have the contact info for my father-in-law yet he still insists on calling my parents.  He also became very rude "effing" my husband and brother-in-law up one side and down the other and he said he will "effing" call my parents every day now in he feels like it.  My husband told him that he can look forward to a harassment lawsuit then and Mr. Perez told him to go "eff" himself and hung up on my husband.  The lady who answers says it is "professional services" the number is 1-888-240-2019.  I think they should probably change their name....   We will be taking this matter higher up.

This Company has called and cursed me, my sick mother and father!  Rude, obnoxious and would NOT listen to anything!!  This is against the law!!!

gave me an address on the phone. This was after his partner, who didn't to give his name, cussed my wife. John lied and said he didn't cuss her.  I looked up the address and it is a shopping plaza.

We decided just to keep calling back for the fun of it. Hey why not? They stopped taking our calls of course. I asked him if his office was next to the dollar store or the dollar store. He hung up and will not answer anymore:(                     oh well. Some people are no fun.

I received a voice message at my house phone from a David Morales of russell,reynolds and ingram said for me to call him regarding a "legal Matter" on 03/28/2011.
Today He called my home twice and left a message for my son (who is in the Army) stating I gave his name as a contact person for my son to call him. I also received a call on my cell phone ,it went to voice mail stating I call him.  I received a call from my Daughter(who is married and lives in another state) stating David Morales called her saying I gave her name as a contact person.

I have a friend who received calls from this agency and was being harrassed. He called our local police, while the police was on the other line he called this agency and the person from the agency was rude and swearing. Our local police contacted the California police to put an arrest warrant for his arrest for harrasment.
HMM while typing this I just received another call. Any hoot I am going to contact the local authorities .

We also recieved strange calls from the number. This time from a "Mr. Burke." He called not only us but my father's parents and my uncle's wive's parents for some reason. He is telling us that we owe money for an ambulance ride which took place 2 years ago. He has been threatening and insulting. When I try to call the number it is for Professional Services. When I ask for Mr. Burke's mailing adress I am told they do not have it. When I ask for the company's mailing adress I am told I can not have it and I get hung up on. I have already gotten the police involved.

This agency called my personal cell phone number wasting my time and money. The agent and supervisor were extremely abusive. They were looking for an individual that was not even associated with my number but, refuse to quit calling me. They are bullies and told me to "shut up and that they will not quit calling me until this guy pops up"! Scary, abusive, and a group of bullies. This harassment cannot be legal!!!!
