This so called business (whatever it's called) is ruthless.  How can these people sleep @ night or look @ themselves in the mirror.  They must be very angry idiots!!!  They have called our daughter numerous time for a old boyfriends debt.  Now they have started calling us. This bullying is scary. You can't talk to these people! They curse, say horrible things, & simply are harrassing.  This has to be against the law.  My daughter has a recorder ready for any future calls.  They told us we can't do anything to them.  They are so cocky!!! I feel it's time to put them out of business.  They need to pay!!!!!!  HELP

No its not legal and i recieved the same harassing calls from the same number and person Mr.Burk and when i spoke to his supervisor he also told me to shut up and stop lying on him. Its ridiculous. This must be stopped.

yes i like to report phone calls from this number and how ruthless and disrespectful these people have been. A Mr.Burke has been calling me for about 2 weeks off and on. 2 days ago he called and he over talked me and told me to shut up and he will not stop calling me no matter what i say or do... to quote he said, I can contact Obama to report him and that still wont stop him from calling me. I mean this is ridiculous how people can get away with this. They usually say its their word against ours.. but come on look at how many people is complaining on this one particular number. And they are looking for people that obviously dont live with us at all or we have no contact with anymore.

That is what I was call on top of a liar, piece of crap etc. They called in regards to a gym fee that I havent been a member of for well over a year, and had no idea I owed.  Called the gym and asked why they never contacted my regarding amount they had no answer.  My membership was auto debit as well.  Mr stone called my parents home and was rude, abusive and beligerant to my father.  I returned the call to ask why they felt they had the right to talk to a person who had nothing to do with the matter the way they had.  And right away I was being insulted, and hung up on.  I called back to talk to the superviser about this issue and he was worse yet. I told them I would not be paying them and to send it to my credit report.  I also told them I had recorded the conversation and I was told it a federal crime blah blah blah. And what they are doing is legal...  Anyone know there location, I will pay them cash in person.

Good info in this site. Looking into recourse.  They told me there are going to call and harass my parents every morning until debt is payed.  Also in the state of Georgia it is legal to record a conversation if one party is aware of it. Being im the party recording im aware and no law is broken.
