I was checking my caller ID and I see that my previous post from # 888-246-4919, came up on my ID as 413-391-1941. These numbers must be the same gang of crooks...

I was contacted from this "company" and threatened with a law suit for a debt I don't believe I owe from almost 10 years ago.  I researched and found that they are possibly scam artists.  I requested an email which I never received and offered to send a money order.  I was informed that they don't accept money orders, but asked me to purchase a pre-paid Visa or Mastercard instead.  

yes they called me  and told me about aa civil law suit against me also for phone bill from century link, I am going through enough with my husband with cancer and other health issues work parttime so I can take care of him cleaning. he said it had to be settled that day with credit card  I make 216.00 every two weeks they said they would suspend payment till Dec. 26,till my next pay period. like a nut and trusting  person I am I gave him the number , he promised to send email and papers in mail that I have not received the call came on Dec.6,2014 I callled to ask why no email on his voicemail and no response I called again with no callback, called again and talked to a girl named Jenny and told her that I have talked to a lawyer  and his advice to me said he would call back and he hasn't His name is timothy clark with rj consulting firm 888-2464191 Beware I am going to report this . he said this bill was from over ten years ago.

Here they go again. First call about a year ago stating my mom missed a court date and she had a warrant for her arrest. Now I personally have a civil suit against me. Once I stated that I wanted the information sent by mail they said they wouldn't unless I confirmed my DOB. However they had the last four of my SS#. I stated if u have that then u have the right person. Still refusing to send paperwork I told them that this has been reported to the attorney general's office and they are noted as scammers in NY. Travis at ext1226 hung up on me. Nice try again .. 1888-863-9125
