- SheilaIt's St. Francis Hospital collections department. They literally started calling BEFORE I ever received a bill. They even told me that they knew that I probably hadn't yet received the bill. Sad thing is, it's less than $10.00. The woman told me that they would call me weekly until it was paid. I would have paid it as soon as I received it, had she not said that. I'm waiting AT LEAST 3 months, just because of the harassment. That kind of collection practices just goes to prove that the "so called" charitable organization of the Catholic church is more concerned about money than they are people. It's not the 7 or 8 bucks that I owe them, I don't have a problem paying them that. It's just the principle of harassing people before you even give them the chance to do anything.

- K McGeeI keep getting calls on my business line from this number. I typically just ignore them since they are marked as potential spam. Today I looked up the number and then called the number to deal with it when I saw it was a legit company's debt collection dept. but using harassing calls on the wrong person. When I called the automated system asked "is this Frank Z(something)" and of course I said no because I am not that person. Now I'm on a long wait time holding to resolve the bad phone number problem someone else gave them. One that is causing them to harass ME about someone else's bill. Grrr Someone finally answered and seemed good about taking my number off of Frank Z.'s account. However, they wanted MY name and number before they did so. THAT is fishy. Will they store that and fraudulently start calling me regarding something not mine again with the harassing calls to my business number? But now they have my name to reference??? Or sell my name/number for profit? I should have given them a fake name, but I wasn't thinking fast enough to do so in the moment. I should have said Raheem Abernathy or something totally not me. They didn't need that info and I shouldn't have provided my name to attach to this business line.
