It belongs to an Indian company called E-merge Tech (e-mergeglobal.com) trying to sell you services. They could not explain to me what services they sell... very difficult to understand them over the phone. They call unsolicited and not clear where they get numbers from...

They called me at my work number to offer patent-related services such as patentability searches.

They tried to call me three times and did not leave any message on voice mail

When an Indian guy with poor grasp of the English language calls himself "Benjamin", you know it is a spammer.

Yes, Benjamin called but I just cannot understand what he is saying, only bits and pieces. But really no relevance or interest to me so I asked him politely to remove my phone number from his list. But how did he get my mobile phone number and name in the first place???

My assistant received a call from "Andrew Williams", who claimed to have sent me an email and requested a return call.  I never received an email from him nor have I met him.  I will not call back.  Sounds very much like a cold call/solicitation.
