This company is terrible. Very misleading - the quote you receive on the phone will be about 3 times as much when the person shows up. Very unprofessional and terribly rude. They are awful. Never use them.

They sent a locksmith out to make a key for my car. After he got there he told me it would be $279 (RIP OFF). Anyway the idiot did not know what he was doing. After 2 1/2 hours I told him I was calling another company. He tried to get me to pay but I told him to get lost. Total scam company.

Local locksmith came in to open neighbour door , neighbour called from my phone and they havent stopped calling ever since stating neighbour never paid them, asking for money. I told them how come they dont have their information ?!!!!!

Called to have our sons car unlocked 2hrs later not there yet, my wife called and jeffrey laboski answered or at least that's the name he gave her... He sounded like India's finest named Ahmed, he was very rude and hung up on her this co is a scam im reporting them to BBB

Like everyone is saying, they are a horrible company. Quoted one price and then totally lied too when they got to house. Reported them to BBB and every media outlet possible. Call constantly and is now harassment. Everyone who had them out please report to BBB. One complaint is not enough to get them held accountable for illegal business practices.

Called a local locksmith company that's affiliated with this number to get my keys out of my trunk. While I was waiting for them a friend told me about a better company to use so I called the first company back to cancel. This number has called me 5 times in the last hour.

Bunch of crooks. I locked myself out of my Jeep, "locksmith" showed up in his personal car with a sewn on name badge (looked shadyas $&@k). Told me it would be $150 to get it open. I said no way, he dropped it down to $100, I said the most I would pay anyone is $50. He said $50 plus service charge of $20. I said ok. He looked pissed off that I took him up on it, starting complaining so I told him to leave and don't bother. He then tried to hit me up on this $20 service call, I told him to get the company to pay for it. What a con artist company. Horrible. Do not even think about it. Now I've gotten 9 calls within 1 minute. I'm not even joking.

I had this company come out to make a key for my car, he tore out the ignition and then was mesing with it with a screw driver and now has jammed my ignition up. Appently my igniton was fake the first time he said then the second time he said it was jammed. He couldnt make a key because it was from mexico not the USA. He lied about the pricing. said he was gonna charge $60 to unlock it, 120 or more for key that is an old school key that does not take a chip, then $19 for service. I called the towing company thats a local company by me and he said it was most likely a scam. I am going to the police tomorrow to report this as well.

I have received two calls in the last three days showing this number on the caller ID. Both times, it was someone from wildly outside the North Dallas area asking when we would be showing up to make the keys for their car. Apparently, when this 24/7 Lockshit gets into trouble, they forward the customer to another locksmith, who obviously knows nothing about them. From now on, when I see this number on caller ID, I will refer them back, most rudely. This lockshit needs to be run out of business.

I used them by accident and ran in to the same deceptive billing practices.  The card was run by some outfit in an apartment complex in Texas (the apartment was listed as vacant and for rent).  My state AG forwarded a complaint to the Texas AG but they were too lazy to do anything about it.  I guess as long as they aren't scamming Texans the AG wasn't worried about it.  They have fake 800 numbers set up and the web sites were set up by someone in India.  Nothing corresponds to any actual business.  The 800 number I called ended up being traced back to a garage door company.

This is the most terrible and unethical company. They sent a technician to check for garage door installation and gave me a quote with date and time. I took a day off and nobody showed up!  This is a fraud company who charges customers for consultation, give fake promises, and never shows up on the day of scheduled work.

I guess a call center for locksmiths to come out. They quoted a price of 35 bucks which I thought was great. Then my gut went off and I researched the number ( unavailable which is odd for a business so I called them back and they acted like they haven't spoken with me >:( and then I got a call from the 888 247 2339 asking do I need assistance still. I told him after researching the number he was calling from ( scam) that I had somebody coming with a spare. The nerve of them taking advantage of other ppl

Absolutely the worst group I have ever dealt with!! I work with many customer service  reps and this is the worst in history!!! They should be ashamed !!!! I can't believe they have made it in America!!!!! Shame on you!!!

Your service [***] sucks!!! The worst group I have ever in my 33 years have dealt with! I will never recommend anyone to use you again ! I will post everything horrible about this company !!!! As an entrepreneur, the KEY to success is CUSTOMER SERVICE! You might want to work on that!

Please never use this company I just made a police report the jerks sent a guy out here in his own vehicle to give me new keys after I lost mine I knew I should of stayed out there and watched him but it was too cold he starts my car and leaves then my car shuts off every 2 seconds of starting it it shuts off contacted mechanics advised my key was not properly programmed called these lying [***] back and they said they will send the guy back out tomorrow the next day he never shows called the company back they kept laughing and hanging up and then transferred me to a bogus customer service number got police report and will be contacting better business bureau today I will also be suing when they are caught thank god I got the guy licence plate number I will have the last laugh
