Mattress Firm customer service survey about purchase

Just purchased a mattress and frame from Mattress Firm (very good company) and this was a customer satisfaction survey.

Mattress Firm. They're not a good company (like Sam above mentioned). They can't seem to handle a simple mattress return and they charged me double the price for some pillows I bought. It's been more than a month and I'm still calling/visiting them almost daily to get my money back.

This is not bbb, not a review board, but need I point out that Sam does not even agree with you despite you claiming so. Sam says "very good company". The only thing we need to post here is which company and that they are likely calling for a customer survey
