Received a message from a "Ryan Gray" at my place of employment. He left a message with the front office staff stating that "I needed to call back ASAP" and provided a claim number. I called the number back and received a message that I had reached Accurate. It said to enter an extension or press zero. I haven't completed the second part of the process because I am working. Internet searches lead me to believe that this is a debt collector using illegal tactics to strong arm people into paying a debt. I have been unable to find a mailing address or website for the company.

got a message on my wifes cell phone (not mine) for me, but they used the incorrect name for me. they called from a 412 number, 412-455-6724, and gave this number to call back. saying I have been 'put on notice' and there was a claim against me, they needed to verify my home adrress to contact me at home and at work.
no name of co given, no name of person, nothing. got scam written all over it...

Received yet another call at the front office. This time being very aggressive and threatening to "come up here" to the secretary. This is after I told the company yesterday that they were to cease and desist all calls. The frustrating part is the fact that they have no legitimate business address or website. It is an obvious scam. The harassment and interruption in the workplace is a major issue. This is obviously illegal under federal and state law.
Yesterday when I called the number back they said they were affiliated with Integrity Cash Advance. I have never heard of this company, but after doing an internet search it seems like calls like this are happening to hundreds of people. All with the same story line of having outstanding debt from 2009. Some people have actually given debit card numbers out of fear of "a claim being filed." I sent an email and a certified letter to Integrity Cash Advance company to immediately cease & desist these actions, but who knows if they are really involved?! If anyone finds an address or legitimate business connection, please advise.

rcd another call on my wife's cell phone today, and mine yesterday. Today they left a message that they verified my address to deliver the papers to- with who did they verify that with? Again, no name of the company, left a name of the person, a woman named "Joe Fox" ? and again, she is not leaving any of this info on my personal phone, but other peoples, which is illegal.

I have been receiving harassing calls from this number and other numbers. The most recent messages are coming from 614-610-1066. This time the call was from a female caller. The other calls were from a male caller.
The same M.O. each time- a male or female caller states that they have a "claim" and "charges" against me and that I must call back at either 888-247-6428 or 855-683-6067. They give a claim number and threaten to "present you with the claim" at your residence if you don't return the call. Similar to what J said above, they claim to have "verified my address."
This is an obvious scam. The woman wanted me to provide a debit card number or enter into a payment arrangement, but would not tell me the total due or the name of a legitimate company. The "800" numbers listed above ring to a business called Accurate. Reverse look-up and search information reveals no such business. The woman I spoke with refused to give me a mailing address or other requested information.
If there is a debt that is being sought via a civil matter the court information will be provided to you via the clerk of courts through regular US mail, which is a legal requirement. If it's a debt over $15,000 it becomes a common pleas civil matter, which mandates that the sheriff (deputy) will serve the information to you. There will not be calls and certainly would not be threatening messages left.
I am filing complaints with the State of Ohio Attorney General and with all relevant federal authorities. I would suggest that you do that same.

Been getting the exact same calls, except mine is a woman named "Karen Barnes". Same exact M.O. and everything just like Ugh and J above. I called my local sheriff's department to check to see if anything was in the system on me with these so-called "charges filed against me on a claim" and voila - NOTHING! The police told me it sounded like a scam so when the woman calls me back - and she will because she's called every day for three days now - I'm gonna tell her what the POLICE told me and see if that doesn't stop her. She claims she's a "private locator" (is there even any such a thing?) and won't disclose any information about herself or this so-called "firm" she wants me to call. I asked her why they didn't call me directly? She said because they hired her to find me and I told her well, evidently she did, so her job should be done. So why is she the one still calling me instead of them? Yep, definitely a scam. Bunch of bottom feeding scum sucking dirt clods.
