They called my daughter and said it was about me and said I needed to call the immediately regarding some sort of case and they would take further action if I didn't call them...What a scam

These people have called my mom and dad asking to speak to me, but they’re giving my former married last name that hasn’t been my legal last name in over 10 years. My parents were concerned, so I called two of the numbers they called from that my mom found in her recent call log. It’s about an extended car warranty that I don’t have, nor did I ever have. I keep regularly checking my credit report to make sure nothing looks suspicious. This company is obviously a scam, and I don’t trust them.

A person named Katherine called for my elderly parents regarding legal documents from AIS naming my Dad.  I asked her to identify the company she was calling from but she spoke fast and I had difficulty hearing her.  She gave me an acronym of AIS. When I asked her what that stands for all I could get from the acronym was partial--investigative services. She attempted to give me phone and reference numbers but I pretended I couldn't understand her.   She knew my parents' names and wanted me to confirm information she was spewing out during the call, so be careful.  I hung up on her.

Same as the others, they called me on my cell phone asking for my sister Christine. They called 2 days in a row. Thank God I looked the number up before I embarrassed myself to my family!! They need to be arrested!!!

A woman kept calling my ex husband asking for me. I called and she said I owe fith third bank 1,286.36 . She asked my birthday and social security number. I was stupid and gave the information to her. She kept telling me either I settle with them now. Or the claim was going to be turned over to the courts . And then I would have to pay that money . Plus hire an attorney and pay court cost. She was very hateful and very rude. Please find out who the woman is . Before she tricks someone else into giving their information to them. And could you report this to the police in rutherford county n.c  so they can let people know about this? Thank you
