received a call to my work unknown (as to my resident) but called work I returned a call to the number they gave because I was informed that they were serving papers on me and that I have been notified of my charges,.they stated they would work with me.  They wish to present these papers other than at my work  but they would work with me to get this paid off and my named cleared without  embarrassment.    the name they gave on the return toll free number call was mutual financial partners and the same voice was on the other end, now he knew my residence but not my work address. He wanted another phone number  to reach me after work   I have paid off the company that they are reported calling about and now I have sent that company an email of what is going on and that ther name is being used in this scam.

Had two messages on my answering machine and one on my cell from this guy - but he had the wrong number! He was after my next door neighbor, not me! This does not sound like a reputable company. Stay away!

I keep getting calls to the human resource department at work. They say that I have charges pending against me and that they are sending someone out to serve me with papers.

They ahve been calling my work and they said that they have papers to serve me.  they have been harrassing me.

This company called my mother who is 77 and has a heart condition. After they gave her a very rough going over trying to find me I took all the phone numbers down.  This was on MOTHER DAY!  that these people called. So I come into work this morning tried to call get a recorded message.  I will continue to try to call so I can tell them to go straight!  My bills are paid also.
