I got 2 voicemail messages. First one: "Melinda this is Ashley Parker giving you a followup call in regards to the paperwork I received in my office under your name and social. As I stated on the prior message I do have a request to serve you with (didn't understand what she said here) regarding a pending file claim. My call today is to make sure you do receive the information properly. Also since I haven't heard anything from you I wanted to confirm your schedule of service. I will be stopping by your residence your place of employment tomorrow between 12 and 5. If you have questions you need to contact the claimants office at (pause) 888-256-2187. You also need to make sure that (my sister's name) is available and so is (my former supervisor's name) is available." Then she hung up. First of all, this is the first time I have ever heard from this woman. This number came up as "unknown" on my caller ID. I called the 888 number and whoever answered said "claims office how may I help you?"

The second call came today (the next day), the unknown on the caller ID called, and I let it go to voicemail and a couple of minutes later she called again and I sent it directly to voicemail and this time she left a message "Melinda this is Ashley Parker calling to remind you today's your scheduled (I couldn't understand). I will be stopping by your residence your place of employment so make sure you are available with your valid ID. If you have questions you need to contact the claimant's office at 888-256-2187 case (didn't understand what she said here) 216180. To be clear you have been placed on my schedule so make sure you are available" then she hung up.

I also got the exact same voicemail,and I have no clue what they are talking about. I am wondering if it was because my friend used me as a reference.

Did they show up to serve you or did you call them back? I got a similar voice message today.
