they keep calling my 12 year olds cell phone

This is yet another debt collection agency attempting to collect someone's debt.

Please STOP these people from calling. Everyday for the past two months they call, I hear nothing on the other end. and they disconnect! How can we stop this?

They called my cell phone then seconds later called my place of business. I told them they had the wrong number and the lady insisted on talking to HR that we don't have. who are these people?

Why do they keep calling and not leaving messages?  If you are a legit company, you would leave a message to have someone call you back.

I called the number back, and it is a company called Elastic, they are a payday loan company.

I also feel it is wrong that they do not leave a message.  I have been receiving calls at my place of work for over 3 weeks, with no message left.  How is a person suppose to do anything, if they never let you know who it is.

I feel the same as "Tired of the BS" that if they were a legit company they would leave a message so a person could call them back.  

Oh and on top of not leaving a message, they don't answer your call, and expect you to leave them a message--does anyone ever speak to a real person???

What you can do is call Elastic and tell them to stop calling you at work.  The Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) website states that if you tell the debt collector either orally or in writing to stop calling you at work, they need to do so.

I spoke to another payday loan company that is affiliated with Elastic (Think Cash) and they stated that the phone calls happen from an automatic dialer and when no one picks up the phone call disconnects without a message.

I would say call Elastic and request to have them not contact you at work and bring up the fact that they need to adhere to your request per FTC laws.
