Supposedly it's Roto International. It's their Supposed US branch phone number. THey are based in Norway.

They didn't call me, but I looked up this number cause it's on a application online. Just wanted to see if it was actually a number.

NO, it is not legit, I tried tracing back and they will email you information after you send them hard copy of application, then they will request your banking acct information, once they do this they have access to draw from your account automatically, Guess what is next , that is right you can't do anyhting about it.  You will have to completly close the account but it will be hard to do because they know that 90% of banks will let you overdraft the account regardless and guess what yes that is on you again.  They can keep drawing on that account until your bank agrees its being created as a problem that could take up to about six withdrawls, the forms are to get your actual signature and yes it can be copied and once again nothing can happen to them. US Law / with the exception of Canada.  So, don't fall for it I did and lost six thousand dollars and nobody can help me and or do anything about it.
