888-256-8505

Called stating a court case filed against me and i need to call back.  Sounds more like a scam.  I've heard these messages in the past and I've blocked them.

I got this call as well. Seems sketchy to me too!

I have been seeing the same over the last few days.
They even called my brother-in-law.
I eventually got tired of the calls and called the 1-888-256-8505 number.
They stated they were with a company called AD Solutions out of California.
I informed them that I was recording the call and requested all of their information.
Name and spelling of the individual I was speaking to.
Name and location of Business.
I stated that at this time, I consider this to be harassment.

I kept speaking over the individual on the phone until she hung up on me.

We will see if calls continue.

Last time I received these calls, I contacted my local law enforcement agency. (as I had seen recommended)
(The caller had actually threatened to show up at the house)
Unfortunately they were unable to assist.
As you can guess, No Body Showed.

Anyone have any recommendations on how stop the harassment?

I received a phone call from this number yesterday from a individual named Mark Price.  They also called my mother on her cell phone.  I called the number back and was transferred to a lady named Stacey Harris, who informed me that she worked for an attorneys office and that I was being sued for the amount of$5,000.00, more or less, and asked if I was affiliated with any of the following addresses and that I had been sent paperwork 45 days ago that I didn't respond to.  A) The paperwork in question had been sent to my in-laws house and they would have given it to me B) if this was in fact an attorneys office they would have sent the paperwork certified mail that required a signature.  This "Stacey" also told me if I did not comply I would be unable to open any bank accounts in the US again and I'd be placed in ChexSystems for 7-10 years.  They sent me a settlement offer to my email which I have not responded to.  I called stacey back and left her a message that I needed more proof of this so called paperwork.  I then did some digging and cannot find any A.D. Solutions at the address listed on the settlement offer at all.

Came through as private number. They do that so you can't block it, I assume. Lady , Stephanie , said i had a lawsuit pending against me. I said fine "serve me" and hung up. Also, left voice mail with the same message.

Called and asked to talk to my boss. Wanted to know from him if it was ok to take up some of my time to talk to them about a law suit against me and even gave him the file number. What legitimate company would do this?

Currently on hold with them. They claimed they were going to serve me last week, but never showed. It seems like a scam and I will be reporting it to my local authorities after I try to get them to provide additional information, even if it's false

Lady called she said I was being sued by Wells fargo for over 3k for an acct I had when I was 18. Kept asking if I could settle it and pay now I told her no and she hung up. Said I will get papers for a court date in the mail
