I received a call from 1-888-256-8541. He said he was with Global Consulting. The "agreement" is titled Computer Support & Service Client Agreement. Th1-ere is no address on the agreement. It was $249.99 for 10 years of computer support. The email address is brad@pcprotectservice.com. I have also been called by another number: 1-857-999-0945. Another email is support@pcprotectservice.com. URL: www.pcprotectservice.com. SkypeID: thepcprotectservice. HELP
