I just got a call yesterday from 1-888-258-5840 x4110 from a guy named Mr. Hawkins. He sounded so serious like he was going to take legal action if we didn't call. The funny thing is, he said he was calling from MST and said that would be around 3pm my time -- I LIVE IN COLORADO!!! He also stated he was calling from First Revenue Assurance. When I called back, I was warned the call would be recorded. Before I was put through to the extension number, I hung up and Google'd the company. Thank you for all this information. At least I know this is a scam to be aware of! I'm also on the National Do NOT call register so I don't know how this fool got my number! If they keep harassing me, I will take legal action. BEWARE!

They keep repeatedly calling different numbers at my workplace leaving messages on every ones vm saying will be serving me papers and other threats. I have attempted to call back and just gives me a recording.

Reported to the BBB, FTC and state AG, I encourage to do so as well. If they are threatening you, call local law enforcement and note & save any information said. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFO WHAT SO EVER, EVEN THE LAST 4 DIGIT OF YOUR SSN!!!

Another scam job, I was supposed to be served 3 weeks ago on a debt that they couldn't even tell me who it was for LOL. Wonder if they have changed their number/name yet?

Anyone calling and threatening you with litigation and doesn't even have the original loan information wouldn't be a legit collection agency!
