888-260-9440

SCAM!!  Same scam as the one that comes from (844) 540-0605, claiming to be trying to track someone down for a "legal" matter (one that doesn't actually exist) and that not returning the call will result in "consequences."  I told them never to call again or I would report them to the BBB.

No caller ID - However the phone provided to return the call was 888-260-9440 , need to have documents delivered, and state they tried two time to deliver , However not one notice has been received in regards to documents to be delivered , This is a SCAM
otherwise they would have sent the documents via USPS mail service certified - which they did not do!

This”Domic Harper” has harrasses me, my parents, my brother who lives in another state. Has also called my work . This has been going on for over a frickn year now. Can’t block the call because comes up restricted. Wish I knew how to get this scammer to stop. Last time told them that the police were notified and stopped for a short while. Do they honestly think this [***] works? The number they “give” is 1888 260 9440

I too received a message from this number with no caller ID stating I owed money for an insurance claim. Called my insurance company and they were just as baffled. Glad I googled this number and saw it was a scam. They are supposedly taking me to court.

The number that keeps calling comes up Private but the other day a Dominick (?) Harper happen to leave me a message stating only my first and middle name claiming he's received a complaint to his office & to contact his firm at 888-260-9440 regarding case# 302390 and no contact may result in a decision without my consent.
This afternoon, I received another call from a Private # and when I answered, it was a female. I asked what this is in regards to and she then stated she couldn't say. They have also contacted my parents. They need to be stopped!

I had the same thing happen on the 13th of March by the same guy but he called on my cell phone and I have no idea how he got the number..be careful of this guy

I have received multiple calls. My aunts and uncles have received the same calls in regards to a person that does not live in the country. Same exact voicemail as the ones above.

Got the same Restricted call from the following number: 888-60-9440. I didn’t answer the phone however a man left a voicemail message advising to call back due to a complaint that I have or some sort. He advised to call back the toll free number and reference the following file number: 307714.

Rec’d VM message:
“This message is intended for tea Showalter my name is Steven Taylor contacting you in regards to a complaint them _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ being considered for _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ contact _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ 888-260-9440 with any questions or concerns regarding file number 307714 no contact will result in the decision made without your consent…”

( The man spoke very quick and left out information in the voicemail which sounded suspicious)

This Steven Taylor has called me at work and have left several messages stating that a Complaint has been filed against me and that if I don't return a call it could result in costly legal consequences, anyway I have tried calling back but no one has answered , plus I'm like you if Iam needed for these alagations let them send me a registered letter.....
