Received an unsolicited fax from this number.  Claimed they are Liberty Paving Company.  Also listed another phone number of (814)490-0662 on the fax, but in researching these two phone numbers, I can't find any info on them.  If they are doing this kind of business in Pennsylvania, they must also be registered with the PA Office of Attorney General as a home improvement contractor.  They have no registration number listed on their fax, as required by law.  Sounds fishy all around.
