A women named Tina,said i had a warrant and a court date 7/26 ,,and that i would be served at my home and work, no mention of where my court date was be held with, for me to call immediately,,scam i could here kids in the background

Probably a kitchen table debt scammer.  This is the "process server" extortion scam.

Told me I was approved for a loan up to $8000. Impossible, I have poor credit and never applied for a loan this big
