Keep getting 'e fax' from this number

"Tim Wright" from "Small Business Debt Relief Program" sent a "follow up" fax.

I'd be relieved if they'd stop with the junk faxes.

A fax woke me up at 5 AM from "fast.working capital", soliciting small-business loans (I have a home office).  It listed the 888 number above as belonging to "stopfaxes.org" and said I could stop future faxes if I contacted that number.  I researched this website and it is spam.  Now I'm afraid I'll get more of these faxes!!

This is an off shore scammer that hides their true id on the fax and their website. Several companies operating off the same phone number based in Panama....Their fax number on their website is not in north america.

Simply Amazing.....I just got a fax advertisement from FAST working capital 720-606-7108.  At the bottom it says No longer interested?  Please visit stopfaxes.org or call 888-261-0361.  So I searched the number here and luckily I found that it is a scammer number before I used it...... THIS HAS GOT TO STOP.  These ripoffs use every trick in the book to use our costly fax materials for their ripoff ads.

I work for a large corporation and in 92 countries 38,000 employees and this asshat sends me a fax.

Have received multiple unsolicited faxes from Fast Working Capital (website: www.fastwc.com)

June 7 and still receiving unwanted faxes from "Fast Working Capital". They list this as the number to call to be removed. Been trying for 2 days and it never connects. How long does it take to shut these spammers/scammers down?

Fax garbage and junk email...stay as far away from these turds as you can.

Here is what I do - I fax it back to see if it will accept faxes at that number (it did) then I send a pure black sheet of paper - it uses up their black ink printing it. I write YOU REMOVE ME (and add my fax number) in white (BIC WITE out pen) I keep this on hand for every unwanted fax I get. I have opted out of so many unwanted faxes that it makes my head spin, So far the black paper with my fax number and STOP has worked so much better!!

Had a problem with our business fax machine and spent an hour fixing it, thinking we were missing important faxes from clients. First thing to print when we got it fixed was this piece of crap junk fax from Community Business Funding. Who even does this anymore?? I think I will go get some black paper and follow Sherry's advice......

And the FCC will do NOTHING

This company continually sends me solicitation faxes from various companies and I have REPEATEDLY called the number they provide to be removed as well as going on line to be removed yet the unwanted junk emails never cease.  It costs me to receive faxes and for the paper.  How do I report them to get this stopped!

Unwanted Faxes, repeatedly, from various promotions, all with this # as the "stop unwanted fax" number.  Most recent one, unknown, b/c I had a power outage as the fax was being sent to me.  The fax machine's power-fail report disclosed this number, 888-261-0361

I got a fax from them also.  I fax them back with an extra LONG page with the following on it.  

STOP, Remove this fax number from your list immediately (your Fax#).  (IN BIG BOLD LETTERS)

Our business NEVER send unsolicited fax transmissions and does not appreicate receiving them from you.  We consider it an invasion of our business and a waste of our time and materials. YOU ARE ADVISED TO CEASE AND DESIST IMMEDIATELY.   This will be your only warning.  We will file a complaint with the FCC if this continues.

The Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 makes it unlawful for any person to use a computer or other electronic device, including fax machines, to send any message unless such message clearly contains in a margin at the top or bottom of each transmitted page or on the first page of the transmission, the date and time it is sent, an identification of the business or other entity, or other infividual sending the message, and the telephone number of the sending machine or of such business, other entity, or individual.  
It is unlawful to use said devices to transmit unsolicitted advertising without the consent of the receiving party.  In the event the sender has been notified to cease sending unsolicited advertising, the receiving party may, at their discretion file a complaint with the FCC and will be alowed to exact payment from the sender in the amount of $250.00 per occurence.

I have done this many times and it dropped down the amount of fax I get now.  As a reminder... These faxes are not legit.... SCAM AND SPAM.  DO NOT RESPOND BY PHONE. CHECK FOR A FAX NUMBER AND SEND SOMETHING RIGHT BACK AT THEM.   The more people we can get fax them back the better.

They keep sending junk faxes promoting short term business loans.
