Well I decided to answer this time and it is indeed what I had thought it was - Institute for Liberty Washington D.C. – Following is a copy and paste from Internet:

They are encouraging us to call our Senator's office regarding opinion on Health Bill.  Since I had planned on doing that anyway they made it easier by giving me her local phone number.  Did not mind because I am totally against it --- and we, both liberal and conservative have voted for her and her family members through many years!!

got call from 888-261-1933, no idea who it was so i called it back, just found out it charged my phone bill $20.00... avoid this scam !!!
