They called and asked me to verify my social and stated that I had an account with Several payday loan companies and that I could settle in court for $1500 or with them for $500. When I stated I did not own any accounts from the above companies, they stated I would have to appear in court.  She then got angry and stated they have to end this call now and best of luck to me in court.

It's a scam

Place called saying that they had a court case against us but could not provide a docket number, court house, etc...

Another scam caller saying there is a pending legal matter.  IGNORE THESE JERKS AND BLOCK THEIR NUMBER.

got a call from this number for willie Williams the unknown entity.  unknown to us.  Robocall I think.

I just received a call stating that there was a pending case against me. Same as above, could not provide any information except that I was going to be taken to court for defrauding a loan company. After hanging up 4 min later another person called. When I told them that I had no clue what they were talking about they said I can either pay the amount 310. Or settle in court for 1500.

Called and dais I owe nearly $500. I requested a verification of debt, name of their company or even the name of the supposed company suing and got nothing

Same as all above. I don't have any loans. Whats there problem?  Sick people out there.
