- TesteShawn McNamara called saying he was from "private locating service" wanted someone regarding "2 pending financial charges". He said he is "scheduled to pay her a visit". He gave me a "case number" and started to give me the number for the "plaintiff", then the call dropped. He tried twice more then left a VM. I listened and called the number listed above. Brian Fallis answered, and the background noise was identical to the background noise with Shawn. He asked for the "case number" and when I asked, "Case number?" he said, "case, file, locator number." Bam! fraudulent collection tactics. At least he didn't divulge any information when I pressed him, as I am a "contact" not a "party" to the "actions". He was sweet as pie when I got irritated with him, and demanded my number be removed. As far as I know, he went through the motions of removing my number from the system with me on the phone. We'll see if I receive any more "anonymous" calls.
