I could not make out the name because the person on the other end was ______and Associates. My guess is that this is a bill collector.

It is Shaffer and Associates out of Missouri. It is a collection agency.

when I asked if they I could take a message wouldnt leave a message asked them several times if I could take a message said they would call back later

Called at 9:30 pm when whole house was asleep. Was an automated recording telling us to press a certain number if we were someone that we are not...they had the wrong number and called at an obnoxious hour.

This place calls on Sunday at 8:30 pm.

This is a collection agency based in Columbia,Missouri.I have a dollar general cell phone that nobody but my family has the number to.These people are constantly calling my phone.Do not answer it.They are running a scam trying to get people to pay debts they have never incurred by threatening you with a lawsuit.they need to be put in jail.
