    I think this is a SCAMMER.  The number on Caller I.D. was listed as "504-267-2974".  "Franklin" said the number to call back was "888-261-7110."  I called that 800 number back and was it was answered by a computer and prompting me to leave a message.  I did not.  Franklin claimed that he was calling back on behalf of "1st Class Marketing, regarding the Google listing." The "504-267-2974" has 6 negative reports as unsolicited caller, possibly from China.

    I looked up First Class Marketing and this is what I found:

    I seriously Doubt this was from First Class Marketing.  I also don't believe he was associated with Google in any way.
