Received this morning mentioning that they are Bank of America Preferred Services. Left me with an extension, but never called back. There is no dept. Preferred Services with Bank of America.

Just got a call a few minutes ago from a Joyce Voo/Phou (or something) from Bank of America Customer (something) wanting me to call this 888 number and then extension x1169444.

It's about 2 hours past business hours.  But she wanted me to call back immediately.

Thought the extension was a tad funny.

This is a Bank of America number and a legitimate department. You can call customer service and have them verify the representative through internal look up. I am sure they would be happy to provide you their title and department name.
