- Lisa| 1 reply**WARNING***DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY***
This is a scam and they should be ashamed of themselves. I know people who recently tried to book with them. they were repeatedly reassured this was not a scam or any type of time share. After booking with their credit card they were then sent a different agreement saying they had to attend a 90 min presentation along with other stipulations they fail to tell you before they get your money. Once they realized this was fraudulent they tried to cancel, which is allowed, but NO REFUND was to be given. Also the customer service rep became irrate and told them "you can cancel but you will not get a refund and we're going to block you from ever booking anything with us again" They tried to cancel the transation through their credit card company and they said there's nothing they can do because the charge was classified as non-refundable. Just a warning to do your research. Reading the "Terms & Conditions" alone is a giant RED FLAG. It basically says they can do anything, change anything any time for any reason with no notice and they are not liable. They've only existed since 2014, they are one of those company's that get away with it because they will keep changing their name and website and to rectify anything you will be chasing your tail. Shady crooks preying on innocent hard working people.- Caller: bookitallinclusive.com

None of the above information was disclosed to us ahead of time at our initial call to them and with payment.
They also informed me that to be absolutely sure we bring a major cc because the hotel will be putting a charge of 15,000 pesos on our card on the first day and then returning the charge once we check out. This sounded like a charge that they would keep not only if you do not attend the presentation but if you do not buy.
After speaking to our friends regarding this, that is when the four of us became very suspicious and were wondering what we were getting into. My friend called and spoke to a women named Rose. After my friend starting pushing for answers to her questions such as why they didn’t inform us of all this information up front and why they would charge our cc when we check in and that is when Rose started to yell at her and asked if she wanted to cancel. My friend told her to hold off until she called us but after she hung up with Rose, she immediately received an email stating that their end had been cancelled and they are not ever able to book with them in the future. She called back and got someone else. She asked for Rose and was told she had left for the day. She asked for the manager and this person informed her that that would be her husband. She tried to explain to this person that she did not want to cancel at this point and also that Rose had told her that she would keep the file on her desk until we called back so that this would give her time to consult with us as to what to do next. This person would not help her and said there was nothing he could do and reassured her that it had indeed been cancelled.
After this experience, we are all convinced that this is either some sort of scam or a very, very poor, unprofessional, confusing, unorganized set up for travel. I also looked at a google website and it stated that the website (bookitallinclusive.com) was started only 3 months ago. It may be one that comes in, swoops up your money and moves on. BEWARE! - mike replies to LisaAsk your friend what business name showed up on their credit card statement.
- April chilton replies to Joanne LewisHi I booked with book it all inclusive and they never told me that I needed a cc at The time and never told me it was a time share I was wondering when u canceled ifbtuwy gave you your money back because I didn't get the insurance policy
- Mag replies to Joanne LewisUhh. Rule #1: If it's too good to be true, it probably is.....They keep sending faxes because it works. People actually answer them. When the marketting scam is no longer effective, they will stop. MY prediction is they won't stop because some people want a Hawaiian vacation for $119.
- Mag replies to MoCriminals don't worry about rudeness complaints.
- Mag replies to Joe| 1 reply"Curiosity got the best of me and I called. They got $800 dollars out of me for my stupidity." All was not lost. Expensive lesson, but now you are armed. Greed is the major weapon these people use against you. Remember, keep a trash can right by the fax.
- joanne replies to TomSendng you the fax now.
- Kathy| 4 repliesI recently booked with them as well when I found out about them through a work fax with a deal of $119/person for five days/four nights. Of course, like everyone else, this too-good-to-be-true deal got the best of me, so I immediately booked with them since they said they are running out of seats for this offer. So, I booked a reservation for four people for a trip to Cancun. I deposited my money for two people and talked to a guy named Chase. I clearly said I will be wanting one hotel room for four people, and he said no problem at all. He also said I can call back to deposit for the other two people once I am ready. Thus, I deposited my money for two people, called back the next day and was told that the two other people in my party will have to stay at another resort since one "standard room" only holds two people. I was not informed of this, and even the guy, Chase, told me that I will get one room for all four people since I am with my family. However, in this second call, Chase transferred me to Rose and she told me there will be all sorts of fees added since their policy states that booking another room at the same resort will cost me an extra $900... Cancellation will cost me a 50% penalty to what I have paid so far so I only get 30% of my money back. It's better than nothing, but it seems like they add on rules on rules so they can get more money out of you. Once you've given your cc info to them and sign the e-receipt, they will take your money so do not sign the e-receipt until you are sure you want to book with them. Even if they do not tell you any information about the vacation package until you sign the e-receipt, DO NOT SIGN IT! I don't even know how to get a full refund back now since they already cheated me with so much of my money. Do not trust too-good-to-be-true offers like this or else you've wasted your hard earned money on scams like these.

- ron replies to Kathy| 2 repliesi tried to get a refund threw my bank and i didnt sign it and still got nothing they said it says it on there website and on the receipt non refundable so terms stick with or with out signing it and they had me on recording saying it was non refundable
- Cat replies to ron| 1 replyDid you booked the trip on the date? You said even you have not e-signed, You still can't get the money back. If you cancel it, can you get 50% of money back? The company use the none refundble term to charge you whith out people know. Is there
no way to report them? - SarahBEWARE::Do NOT give these people your money! They use the bait to switch up the rules later.. They give you false stories about why you need to pay more after they have already charged you, and you do not want to be dealing with such shady company for a vacation you are supposed to be relaxing in.... Here are my 10 reasons why you should not trust them
1. Their Initial Fax is a Lie "from HR Dept" , fax IS NOT coming from HR Dept
2. They fail to inform people of what the rules and requirements are for the "promotional deal"
3. They use BS stories to scare people into paying more after your initial charge
4. Bookitallinclusive.com does not have a physical address
5. They change things as you go , NO RELIABILITY WITH THEM
6. Employees are more emotionally reactive than customer service geared
7. MOST reviews are BAD
8. They spam this Thread
9. You Are REQUIRED to go to a Presentation otherwise you pay rack rate for your stay
10. Other Websites have decent deals that would cost you less headache and less additional fees in the long run- Call type: Fax
- ron replies to Catthey offered me 50% to cancel but i didnt take there offer i called my card and my card tried to dispute it but we lost and i got nothing back because you have to have a reason to cancel not just because you dont trust something but long story short my buddy book the vacation too and went threw the process and he did travel he did take a tour but said the place was nice and everything was free like advertised my advice is try and let them travel you and if you they dont do what you pay for then you have a real claim because they do it right enough to where if you book and try and cancel threw your card it wont work i should have took the 50% but leson learned
