888-275-1836

Received a call that I won $250,000.00 from Publishers Clearing House. I was advised that they would be at my house the next day. Given a confirmation number and was told to call 888-275-1836 with the confirmation number.

Same scam. "Alicia Silva" called my mom saying she was from Publishers Clearning House, and that mom had won $240,000. Provided the same 888 number listed above and another number: 516-669-8049. I called PCH - they said they never call/write/email about winning.The only ever show up on the doorstep unannounced.

was advised we had won 279.000 an will be here at my address on 15 april 2011 between 1200pm and 2000pm. I think they are trying to scamm us. do we want to have police here?

Received a call this morning with same 888 number and info about a check being delivered the next day. I didn't stay on the line long enough to get more details, but they did say they could deliver the check the next day and that the check would be from Costa Rico....come on.

This same Travis York called my grandfather and asked for his SSN and said that the money had been held up at the local US Customs. The money was also coming in from Costa Rica....what else happened in your case?

Recieved same type of call supposedly from PHC that I had won second prize of $279,000. and it would be delivered the next day when I confirmed my address. The person's name was Mathew Carlson and said they had tried to contact me several times by mail. I was sure it was a scam and told him so . He said it was legiit and gave me this telephone number. I found on line the real number of PCH and called them and was told it definitely was a scam.  When I called the fake PCH telephone number, someone answered saying PCH and I hung up.

Thanks to everyone for the info.  "Matthew Carlson" left a voice message asking me to get back in touch with him regarding a PCH prize.  The message was not very professional (included a lot of "um").  I called them back at 516-669-8049 each time getting a voice greeting from some guy NOT named Matthew.  Odd, no?  One has to wonder why they just don't mail me my "prize" if they have my address AND phone number?  ;-)

An i know i have ni chance in hell of ever winning anything,from PCH on,gods green earth.,u say search an win anythingcause thought i inter an can win. This PCH is nothing but a joke an a scam an full of crap.

I got an e-mail from pch saying that I won one million dollars,I know it's a [***] scam!!! And seriously thinking about hiring a lawyer to sue them for false advertising!!! Something needs to be done,this [***] has been going on to long,if they say that u won they should have to pay,otherwise they need to stop sending [***] e-mails

The same happen to me I got a thing saying Iam the 2 million dollar winner send  $20 to get the frist check in the amount of 15,667 dollars than they said that the money was sent out and i have won  66,667 dollars for 30 years
