    They have been calling 2 times a day for the past couple weeks. I finally answered today. It is Comcast offering "great new upgrades" to my existing service. Already have them for TV and PC connections, so they wanted to offer me phone service. Retired from AT&T, so the call didn't go longer than that. I "think" it takes so long for them to answer is because the auto dialer takes a few seconds to connect with an available representative, but they are there. The representatives "may" even be working from their own homes(that's what one of then told me a couple years back on a similar call) because there was no usual call center background sounds and she was trying, unsuccessfully, to read her spiel from a script.
