    Not legit!  I got scammed by these people for $400.00! I kept calling them & they blocked my phone #.  My bank & VISA trying to get my money back.  Spoke with Microsoft - they have NO outside certified or authorized tech support.  Microsoft has their own tech support you can buy - all others that say certified and/or authorized are scams.
