Me too. I called and found out it was about foreclosure on my home. just a matter of time.

Call my work to set up a time to serve me paperwork. Glad I googled before calling them back.

Keeps calling my work saying they are going to serve a court order. Even gave the information to another person who answered the phone. That's illegal! Called Again this morning. What happened? You didn't call the office the other day. I said I don't even know what you are talking about. Told me again then said he is scheduled to come out today between 11 and 12 then changed the time to 10:30 to 11. WTF?!?

Called me tonight at my job saying that there going to petition the court for a court date for me...and that I needed to set up something scared me too death

Caller: Dylan Mathews
Called from (631) 318-3183 saying he was going to serve me at work with a summons to appear in court.  I asked him not to call me on my work number and hung up so he proceeded to call my Human Resources department instead.  Eventually he called my mobile phone and I spoke to him to record some information and here's what I got:

Regarding: Premier Financial
Supposedly a sealed summons he is supposed to deliver but he knows it's about a supposed bad check from one of my banks.
Supposedly from David Holland Attorney at Law and he gave me a specific local county and court docket number and the number (888) 275-9048 to contact for more information.

Here's what I know:

There is no attorney named David Holland in that county he mentioned.  That docket number is not on any of my state court records (court records are accessible to the public online).  This is a total scam and I just found out he contacted my boss as well.  This [***] is getting on my nerves and I'll wipe the floor with him in court if I ever find him.

I received calls from this number for a few months now stating that I owed for a payday loan and that they were going to serve me papers, scared me into believing them, they now got 536.75 out of me, I just seen all this after, I looked up their number cause now it is not in service. I called my bank to try and get my money back. Don't be pulled into this scam.. Names used were David Holland, Brad Sutton, Paul Stevens, Bryan H. number 888.275.9048, FRAUD
