- Not My NumberI had a charge from them on my credit card statement so I called the number and got a person to speak with. One charge of $15. Told the person that I do not have a T-mobile prepaid account and that the phone number associated with the charge was not mine (wasn't even my area code). Was told they would set up an investigation and contact me within 15-30 days. In the mean time I will be contacting my credit card company about it.

- Shantelle Nelson| 1 replyI just received a charge on my account for T-Mobile Vesta, after several attempts I was finally able to geth through to speak to someone, they did not divulge to much information on the party that used my debit card, its weird how they are protecting the criminals while we must go through the pain and suffering of disputing the charge with our banks and them. The process time frame for T-Mobile Vetsa disputes are 30 days!!!!! I took whoever did this to me only 5 minutes. This just disgust me on every level, the BBB should not have you listed as anything besides an F, because there are multiple forums about this very issue and no one seems to be able to get to the botom of it!!!!

- Janet replies to NatashaNatasha et al, Perhaps your comments effected a change in the company. Maybe they hired more people to take care of business. I called 25 nov 11 and did't wait more than 4 minutes when someone names Joel came on the line and was very helpful. I had unauthorized charges over a number of months amounting to a total of $500.00 for T Mobil.. We were able to find out who was doing this and cancel the future charges. Had it been other than a family member we would have pressed charges, but we did solve the mystery and my experience was a good one. Joel was very professional in his dealings with me.
- Pete replies to Shantelle NelsonI have the same charge WTF......
- PeteHow can you get your refund from this fraudulent charged?

- Irene GiesenAfter being in Arizona for 3 months & ran out of time with my Pay as you Go Cell phone, I phoned you to buy $10.00 worth of time for my phone on Dec. 12th as I was returning to Canada on the 15th.
We left Phoenix by plane at 6:00 a.m. that day & did not purchase any more time on the 15th. You charged me $10.00 on that day too for more time.
Please correct & credit me for the $10.00 on the 15th which I did not order. Thanks.
Please send me an email re this as I have a different Credit Card number due to fraud on the card I used on Dec. 12th.
I am unable to get through by phone to you - 188-278-3397 for whatever reason. I am disappointed with your two charges as this was the first time I ordered more time over the phone.
Thanks.
Irene - Anett replies to Debbie CunninghamYou just have to call them up. Stop trying to figure thing out on the net because it won't help. You NEED to talk to someone in their customer service department.
I just called them and they refunded my credit card and got rid of my account info completely. Everyone's happy. - Carole Denby| 2 repliesThis Company showed up on my American Credit Card as a charge of $98.79. I live in England!! I do have an American credit card which I use when I visit America. But I do not have a cell phone. This number shows up on my statement, and it says Vesta *CHATR and it says it is a Telecommunication Service. I have never authorised such a charge. Nor have I received anything for it.
Now I have to go to all the trouble and frustration of trying to get the amount refunded to me, and to stop it happening again. And to do all this from England.- Caller: No one called me, the charge just appeared on my credit card
- Joe replies to Carole Denby| 1 replyI was a little surprised by the charge with this name "VESTA *CHATR 888-278-5588, BC". So I looked it up and it is for a cell phone I picked up from Chatr Wireless (BC, Vancouver). I had forgot they gave me a discount if I set up auto payments.
I hope if you see this charge on your card it is for the same reason. If it not call Chatr directly since they would love to catch the crock that stole your card info, and are more then likely using the phone for additional criminal activities
Numbers to contact them are here:

Good Luck - marcy thomsen| 3 repliesI keep getting these charges of 32.95 per month and do not even have a prepaid phone. I already had to change credit cards due to this 2 months ago. No one answers your damn phones and I cannot take the time to switch credit cards again due to your negligence. HOW can a person get help with your company. I actually have a job where I cannot sit on the phone waiting for your "representative."
- Vesta e Customer Support replies to marcy thomsen| 2 repliesVesta processes millions of prepaid recharge payments each month on behalf of telecom companies and their customers. We continually monitor orders for unauthorized or fraudulent use of payment devices, and actively work with customers to resolve any issues or disputes promptly and fairly. This is evidenced by our “A” rating by the Better Business Bureau.
If you have questions regarding a charge from Vesta on your credit card bill or bank statement, email ecustomersupport@trustvesta.com or call toll free 888-440-9956. A representative will be glad to assist you. - T.K. replies to Vesta Corporation ResponseWhat is the "Primary Purpose" of VESTA??
My bank statement shows
ATM VESTA VESTA T-MOBILE
ATM VESTA T-MOBILE PORTLAND OREGON
Thank you
I live in Califx - yef replies to Vesta e Customer Support| 1 replyCopying and pasting this generic comment over and over is not helpful. In reading all the above posts, your supposed continual monitoring for fraudulent use is clearly ineffective at best, and more likely dishonest. Considering the difficulty many posters have had trying to reach a live person at your company, saying "a representative will be glad to assist you" sounds ridiculous.
- Anon replies to yefCorrect & I'll be darned if I'd call them. If I have a problem with my bank account statement, or charge card, I'll call them! ...And it'll be from the phone book, paper statement, or back of card. Not a number posted on a forum.
- MartianI also had ILLEGAL charges on my account as well from this same company... Hmmm seems to me like someone in you CS is doing this and i also cannot see how this is a grade A company. I do not have will not have and shall not have tmobile they suck about as bad as boost mobile... I contacted my bank and filed charges and a warrant so my bank will find out who it was. My bank also recredited me the charges and said that it's now T-mobiles problems. To get your money back get to your bank within 5 days of the transaction and majority of the times you will get your money back...
- Caller: Tmobile SUCKS!
