Said they were hetting trojanvhorses from my computer. He brought me to service manager and got me to look at all the megative things going onto my computer. Can someone help me fix this?

Take your computer to a real brick and mortar computer repair shop in your town.  Then use another device to change all your usernames and passwords, change any account numbers/credit/debit card numbers that were on that computer.  Notify your contacts to be on the lookout for suspicious emails that look like the came from your account.
