harrassing phone call from this number

I received a phone call from 1-888-279-1751, Russell, Reynolds & Ingram. The man's name was Ellis, he said they were law offices retained by a certain cash advance company here in Muncie, Indiana. He got most of the information wrong, threatened me with filing felony charge against me unless I came up with a certain amount of money. I could not possibly come up with. He was abusive and used scare tactics. I asked for an address where he was located, and then he hung up. He still calls every business day, usually two messages. I have given him no information on where I live or where I work, etc. This is really getting annoying. Is this company really who they say they are?

Two weeks ago I got a call and message from a man named Ellis from Russell, Reynolds & Ingram. He said he was part of a law office retained by a certain business here in Indiana. He gave me a figure of money I had to come up with in 24 hours or he was going to file felony charges on me. He was abusive and used scare tactics and one other time I talked to him, he made fun of me. I then asked the address where he was located, he hung up. He still continues to call from 1-888-279-1751, most business days. Now I do not pick up. This is getting unnerving and scary.
