Got a call from this number today. Last time they called me at work they gave me the number of 888-279-1066 which is listed on this site as a Capital Litigation and a scammer so the 4516 must be a new number for them. I've tried to research this company to no avail. The last time a Mrs stuart called she told me they were located in Arizona. Today she said she was going to file a lawsuit somewhere Alabama.

I have had 3 calls from this type of service.  They make statements that someone in your family has written bad checks and they are representing the plantiff in a case.  The give an 800 number and extention number.  I called the number and each time you go to the ext number a different name is put on it.  Daniel Randolph called my home.  When I called one day, the answering machine says Daniel Randolph.  I called about a week later and the message says Kenneth Randolph.  Please keep in mind that most places that find you have written a bad check will have your address and or phone number.  They would not just try to contact you by phone but would send mail as well.  I have not received any.  I would suggest that you contact your local police or District Attorney's office and report this scam.  It can be under the White Collar division and filed.

Received an email that said my PayPal acct purchased guns. Well I didn’t purchase any guns. Called PayPal not number provided and they state it’s a scam. My acct didn’t purchase any guns.

Received email with this number, same as others. Claim I made a PayPal purchase. Checked PayPal just to be sure my account/info wasn't hacked.
