The number is related to Anthem or IU health.  I didn't answer the phone since I was at work, but when I looked it up that is what I found

Although the phone number actually belongs to Anthem BC/BS; there are ways to make your cell number, or landline number look like a different number.  This number called us and asked to verify a date of birth; when I asked, "what do you show as my date of birth"? they hung up.  This may be an identity theft scam, so please be careful.  Never give out personal information over the phone unless you know who you are talking to!!

I received a call from the same number and the girl wouldn't tell me their company name or what they wanted after I told her, "you guys called me! What do you mean you don't know what the call is about!?". It seems like an Anthem call center but I wouldn't give her any information and, in fact, told her to enjoy her morality working for fraudulent company. These identity thieves are so sophisticated these days that I'm very leery providing any information over the phone unless I contact them.

I also received a voice mail to call this number, X41141, about a health insurance that I was missing within my health insurance.  I did not call them back.

I get these calls about 5 times a week, today is Saturday....yet another call! I called it back got a recording press 1 blah blah.....Indiana healthcare something! I am NOT interested in whatever it is, please DO NOT CALL ME BACK!  These are calls are causing MY health to become ill!!!! LEAVE ME ALONE!

Received a voice mail from this number, a pre-recorded message about my health insurance. Note to telemarketers: If you are too lazy to actually speak to someone, expect a lot of hang-ups.

I got a voicemail with number and extension.  The voicemail noted "to stop receiving these calls you must call the 800 number".  Sounds like they are desperate for anyone to give them information!  Not calling back.
