left a nasty message for me to call them back or else they would serve me my papers, supposedly i've intentioally defrauded a financial institution and wrote a bad check.  sounds like a payday loan i may have stopped paying on, but usually legal action isn't taken for certain dollar amounts, and mine were all pretty small.  some woman named miss hester at the "cummins group" to call this number back.

I received a message from Miss Hester and to contact her back immediately or they were going to contact my employer and serve papers.

Miss Brooks left a message on my phone saying that my mother used my name at a "point of contact" complaint.? She wanted my mothers contact information...Really!  I did not reply, but get messages 3 times a week since my phone (private number) has been on.
