I JUST RECIEVED A PHONE CALL FROM THIS BTR COMPANY FROM A MAN NAMED JOHNATHAN MCKAY WITH A "COMPLAINT AGAINST ME". ALL THIS MAN WANTED TO KNOW WAS MY LAST 4 DIGITS OF MY SOCIAL & MY DOB!!! I ASKED HIM WHAT WAS HE CALLING ME ABOUT & HE THEN SAID HE WAS UNABLE TO GIVE ANY MORE INFO OUT. HE GOT A MGR ON THE PHONE THAT SAYS HE WOULD NOT CALL ME BACK LATER AT A BETTER TIME. I AM IN TOTAL SHOCK ABOUT THIS WHOLE THING. I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THEY GOT MY #!!!!

Also got one - Johnathan McKay with requesting contact info about someone that I may or may not know - couldn't tell me how my name got in the file - couldn't tell me what it was about.  

This is second call from this phone number.  3 weeks ago got a similar call asking for info about the same person that I may or may not know.  

I will forward to State Attorney General.  Suggest others do similar.

I had a voice message from Michelle at BTO Incorporated for you. You can reach her at 1-888-281-0620. She said you left her my number as your contact number, I’m not sure if she was just confused

I keep getting calls from this number as well and I do not answer it, as I don't answer any 888 such numbers.  They leave a voicemail telling me it's urgent that someone has filed a complaint against me.  It's a joke, I have a smart phone so I just save the numbers to go directly to voicemail.  They call super early in the morning too.

I am getting calls from this # and when I tried to ask them for their info address and such, they became very defensive and refused to give me the info.

i got a call from michelle rich of BTR(Blue Tiger Recovery) 1 800 281 0620 they have all my info dont know how they got it but they claim to be a debt collector for cash america claiming i owe money to cashamerica from 08 now since they had all my info i listened but somethings started not to add up so i go there info but cant seem to find them in any system google and bbb so be careful wouldnt give them any info i ask for paperwork on it and they keep saying they would send me info but never did a real company would send you somthing stating that you owe something or some kind of paperwork that shows  evrything but i got nothing they are FRAUD if you ask me

Getting "urgent messages" from this number regarding a person we know. Our credit is stellar but we have a person who has bad credit who loves to give out our number. Yes, that person is up to their eyeballs in financial trouble but I find these tactics offensive and question their legality. If I could get them in trouble for it, I would. We will not return this call as it is just another lamo scam. We NEVER answer unknown numbers such as this. This time they left the "urgent matter" message.  Unfortunately, there is no recourse for a person to use your number or address as their own.

i asked 4 some info and they got mad and said ill have 2 go 2 court...its a scam i checked with bbb and others.

the f.t.c said if a company calls you ask 4 a proof of contract, if they cant give you 1 then they are a fake. when i asked 4   1 they said the f.t.c and the bbb was wrong and i said well i think ill do what they say i know they are real. always ask 4 a proof of contract, when i did they got all rude and said they will take me 2 court i said ok then ill know your real lol

I not only got a call from this number. They called my home phone, my cell, and my mom's cell. Plus someone showed up at my house and put a piece of loose leaf paper in my mail box. It said "Ryan call Matthew Nolan. at this number." Then they called my neighbor. I talked to them and they said it was about a Check and Go account I used in 08. They said I bounced a check. I haven't had a bank account since 06. Its got to be some kind of scam

GOT A CALL YESTERDAY AND TODAY FROM A GREG SCHNIEDER IN REGARDS TO SOMEONE I DON'T KNOW. TOLD THEM TO STOP CALLING MY #, HE INSISTED THAT THEY WILL KEEP CALLING MY # UNTIL THEY GET IN CONTACT WITH WHO THEY ARE TRYING TO REACH.

i think its funny tht you say these people are frauds, i paid my stupid bill in regards to the loan I TOOK OUT!!! and there was this nasty lady named Michelle sounded like she had a tongue ring in, kept saying she understood?? her kids were black?? i think thts the only person i was unhappy with she seemed like a dumb ass, so i told her i didnt want to deal with it

They called me a month ago and I told her if she would send me paperwork from the orginal debtor, then i would call her back and make arrangments to pay the debt. She would not tell me what BTR stands for and I cannot find them on line. And now my neighbors are coming over and giving me messages from Miss Amindon because she is calling them. I just moved into this neighborhood, and do not know any of my neighbors and this woman is stalking them.. She is not calling me- she is calling my neighbors...What should I do...?

I keep receiving calls from a MR.Ramos at the 888-281-0620 number threatening me about writing bad checks and I don't even have a checking account he is making it sound like I am doing this and I am going to be in big trouble if I don't call him back rite away who the hell are these idiots and how can they get by with this.

My child was receiving harrassing calls from this company as well stating first a name, then a social security number.  I decided to keep the phone with me and they did call again.  I did not get the name of the individual, however after calling the BBB in Rochester, NY who handles complaints, Federal Trade Commission, and the Attorney General, they stated that regardless, they are unable to give out information relating to anyone's SS#.  Here is their address for those who would like to file a complaint with the BBB online.  BLUE TIGER RECOVERY INC, 3095 Southwestern Blvd

I suggest filing a complaint as they state this business is not listed as or under any legal business known to them.

If I were you I would want the info being that you said you were told its about you writting bad checks when you DON'T have any that means someone had a payday loan/cash advance in your name .THIS IS NOT A FRAUD OR SCAM THIS NUMBER/COMPANY CONTACT PEOPLE WHO HAVE OUTSTANDING CASH ADVANCES/PAYDAY LOANS.
