Joe Stein called stating he had papers to serve. This is BS and scam. He called yesterday and left a different number to call. People are desperate.

Call came in private and was told to call back Stacey Carter at 888-281-0884 X 103 regarding my case. This is a SCAM! People have nothing better to do with their lives!

I received a call from Stacy Carter at 888-281-0884. She stated there were charges being filed against me for fraudulent checks and they had this on surveillance film.  I hung up and called back and spoke to a man named Steve.  He stated that this was a civil matter and no charges were to be.  He asked for my address and when I declined, he was able to state it to me regardless.  He also had previous addresses of mine.  He also would not give me the name of his company, NAS, which he was calling from.  When I asked to speak with  first lady, Stacy, he said no, now your speaking with me.  He also made the comment "no wonder you cant pay your bills, the man in the background needs to get a job".  I am reporting this to the local police as fraud.

Received a voicemail from this # with a corresponding file # but it was they were looking for someone else.  I called back to advise they had the wrong # and was told my # had been removed from their system and that I will no longer receive any phone calls from them.  It appears to be a debt collection agency.  My biggest problem with them is that I've received calls from them in the past, always looking for someone else, and am always told I was called by mistake and that I will no longer receive any calls from them, yet I continue to receive "accidental" calls on almost a monthly basis.  Very annoying.
