The other party uses an another number to make initial contact then redirects you to and extension associated with this number. They leave a message and case number. Jessica is the operator’s name. She is super defensive when you start asking the questions. She will not disclose who she represents nor will she acknowledge what the matter is. Only that legal action will be taken. I’ve account of all my debts current and if any pending legal inquiries are out there lingering. I have none having done my own research. Please if anyone experiences the same issue please let others know. This is the second call I’ve made in return with no clear answers. I’m filing this number with the attorney generals office.

Received only a voicemail using this number. They knew my name and stated that there would be “certified documentation” sent to my home today and gave me a file number. That I needed to call back with the number to make any changes and if I didn’t, decisions would be made on my behalf and that I’ve been “notified”.

I had the same thing happen and they called a  child of mine also. I called and they would not tell me who they were and told me I was a crazy woman because I kept asking them who they were and what the name of the company was.

I also received a voicemail using this number. They knew my name and said that a certified letter would be sent to me.  They gave me a file number and said if I didn’t call back, decisions would be made for me and that I was notified. I deleted. Spam.

Had same experience. Did call the 800 number and got generic voicemail. No company name.

I left a message. No company name given. Original caller said she was Terry Billingsley. Said I broke some contract and they are moving ahead with legal action. I don't have any contracts currently.

This company is a scam.  They lie about who they are - claim they are a law firm.  Claim they don't need a website although their "paperwork" comes from Phil Garrison
accountservices@garrisonadr.com.  Put that into your search bar www.garrisonadr.com.  Their "paperwork" has an address they are not affiliated with.  They refuse to answer any questions and give you a bunch of legal/debt collection BS and threaten you when you confront them on it.  They ask you what do these questions have to do with your debt.  EVERYTHING!  Who is going to pay a company when they can't provide simple information.  Beware!
